James Espey - James has spent his career in the consumer goods industry. He has held numerous high profile senior international management positions in the liquor industry including Chairman of Seagram Distillers plc and President of The Chivas and Glenlivet Group. His particular expertise is in marketing and brand creation. James holds several non executive positions including Stealthmark, a First Columbus client.

Paul Cliff – Paul is a Metals & Mining analyst with a particular focus on emerging markets in Eastern Europe, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East. Paul was rated number 1 by StarMine for stock picking for the UK Metals and Mining sector in 2004 and 2005. Paul has worked for a number of major firms including Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and JP Morgan and has worked on a number of high profile IPOs on both AIM and the main London List.
