The First Columbus management team has extensive investment banking experience in both the UK and US markets and across key areas such as corporate finance, sales, research and financial analysis. In particular, the founders have been working in the AIM market since it was launched in 1995 and have a deep understanding and intricate knowledge, through years of hands on experience, as how to effectively and efficiently raise pre IPO and IPO money in the London market.

Sir Robin YoungSir Robin Young (Non exec Chairman) – Sir Robin has spent his entire career working for the British Government. His most recent position was the prestigious Permanent Secretary to the Department of Trade and Industry. Prior to that Sir Robin held various government positions including Permanent Secretary at the Department of Culture, Media and Sport; head of the Economic and Domestic Affairs while in the Cabinet Office; and Regional Director of the Government Office for London.

                              In 2006 he was selected as member of the Council of the Institute of Directors.

John NuttallJohn Nuttall (CEO) – John has over 12 years of corporate finance and equity analysis expertise at Panmure Gordon and Investec, focused on the small and mid cap space. He has executed numerous AIM IPO's in the industrial and intellectual property sectors and has consistently been a top ranked analyst by both the CFO and Fund Management community. John co-founded First Columbus in 2006, which has been specifically set up to advise and invest in small and mid size US and

                              international companies seeking to raise capital in London.

Kingsley WilsonKingsley Wilson (Investment Director) – Kingsley has been working in the London stock market since AIM’s inception in 1995. He spent five years as a media and communications research analyst at Collins Stewart – the largest small and mid cap stockbroker in the London market. He subsequently spent a further five years at Investec - another leading AIM broker - in the same role. Prior to co-founding First Columbus in 2006 with John Nuttall, Kingsley ran his own advisory firm                                                        Ember Research which was specifically focused on helping North American firms

                              raise pre IPO capital in London.

Arthur ReynoldsArthur Reynolds (Director) – Arthur Reynolds has acted as a financial advisor to companies on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean for more than 25 years. Previously he worked for Mobil Corporation in France and West Africa after which he served as a officer of J.P. Morgan & Company in New York.  He left Morgan to become the US representative of Banque de la Societe Europeenne in New York and then served as a Director of Merrill Lynch International Bank Limited in London.  In 1982 Arthur left                               Merrill Lynch to form his own fund-raising  consultancy firm whose principal client                               at the time was Sir James Goldsmith.  Subsequently, Arthur has raised debt and                               equity capital for a variety of clients and has helped serveral companies IPO on AIM.

                              He holds degrees from Columbia University, Cambridge University and New York

                              University's Graduate Business School.

Chris CrawfordChris Crawford (Director) – Chris has over 15 years’ investment banking experience: formerly with Credit Lyonnais Securities and Evolution Securities within the small/md cap corporate finance teams. During that time he undertook numerous AIM IPOs as well as private placements, takeovers and acquisitions across a wide range of sectors, but focussing principally on technology and resources. Prior to joining First Columbus Chris co-founded Nucleus Capital Partners whic specialises                               in helping small/mid UK businesses raise capital, where he remains on their
                              advisory board.

Michael Raber Michael Raber (Associate) – Prior to joining First Columbus he worked for Markit Group Limited, as an associate in their global alliance group. Michael has experience working with technology companies, risk vendors, and solution providers in financial services support industry. In addition he has experience working in Chinese retail banking industry gained while working with China Everbright Bank. He holds an MSc in Global Banking and Finance from the European Business School.

Arthur Reynolds Katrina Perez (Associate) – Katrina is responsible for operations and customer management for First Columbus bringing over 10 years experience to this role. She has held previous management positions in multiple sectors including technology and support services. Katrina has been with First Columbus since its inception with her primary focus being day to day management of customers and establishing and maintaining  international contacts. In addition Katrina’s role includes managing both                               customer  and FSA compliance.
